How to Make Mango Pudding


Mango pudding is a favorite dim sum brunch. This pudding tastes sweet and fresh. It only takes about 15 minutes to make it. Now, you can make it yourself by following this recipe.

Ingredients:

- 1 sachet of gelatin powder

- 4 ½ glasses of water

- ½ can of sweetened condensed milk

- 1 glass of mango syrup


Appliances:

- A dessert spoon

- 5 cocktail glasses

- A ladle

- A pot

- A glass


How to Make:

  1. 1. Add a sachet of gelatin powder, 4 ½ glasses of water, and ½ can of sweetened condensed milk into the pot.
  2. 2. Mix them by using the ladle. You should stir it in one direction; it will be easier for you to stir it rightward.
  3. 3. Turn on the gas stove to the normal heat and repeat the second step until it gets boiled. Don’t forget to turn off the gas stove when it’s done.
  4. 4. Prepare the cocktail glasses on the table.
  5. 5. Pour the hot pudding into the cocktail glasses.
  6. 6. Take a spoonful of mango syrup by using the dessert spoon and drop it into the pudding (do this three times for each glass).
  7. 7. Wait until the heat from the pudding decrease, and then you can put it into the refrigerator.
  8. 8. The mango puddings are ready to serve.
*for 5 (five) servings
